FURTHER, This Doberman’s has been registered as: Trinity’s
FURTHER, this Doberman is guaranteed by Trinity Doberman Pinschers as follows:
The Doberman is a purebred Doberman Pinscher.
The litter is registered with the American Kennel Club as indicated above and an individual registration form will be furnished to the buyer after the breeder has received payment in full.
To the best of the Breeders knowledge, at time of sale the Doberman was in excellent health. Breeder will provide Buyer with a copy of the puppy’s medical record detailing medical treatment received under Breeder’s care as well as recommended medical care that the Breeder feels is essential to Puppy's well being and continued good health.
Sires & Dams receive annual health exams w/Heart Auscultations, have either been tested
The Breeder has researched at least 10 generations in the Dobermans pedigree in order to select Sires & Dams that have demonstrated longevity and health, with the goal of reducing & the risk of early death due to Heart Disease and Cancer.
No one can Guarantee Genetics, but the Breeder guarantees that if your Doberman should die prematurely (before the age of 6) from a genetically caused health issue, the Breeder will give you a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter of 4 or more pups. In no instance will Breeder provide a refund in lieu of a replacement puppy.
Breeder will be available for the life of this Doberman to answer any questions and provide help in any way.
FURTHER, Buyer must take the Doberman to a licensed vet within 48 hours after taking possession, for a post purchase general health examination. If during this health exam the Doberman is found to have a serious health problem, the Buyer must return the Doberman along with the Vet’s written diagnosis as to the health issue so that my vet can review and provide a 2nd opinion. As long as the Breeder’s Vet concurs with Buyer Vet diagnosis, the buyer will receive another Doberman of equal value from the next available litter of at least 4 pups. Return of Doberman must be within 48 hrs of Buyer’s Vet diagnosis.
FURTHER, Breeder will not provide a refund or exchange for any Doberman which was injured or became sick after leaving the Breeders premises. Buyers are advised to limit the exposure of their new puppy to non household dogs and outside high traffic dog areas until the puppy is at least 12 weeks old and has received its (2rd) puppy vaccination. It is in the pups best interest health wise to not expose them to very many outside dogs and high traffic areas until the last vaccine is given,
FURTHER, Buyer agrees that this Doberman is NOT to be LEFT IN A BACKYARD OR KENNEL unattended. Buyer agrees to provide a fenced back yard for the Doberman, or invisible fencing and will not leave the Doberman outside unsupervised. This Doberman is being sold with the Buyer promise the Doberman will reside indoors as a member of their family. Failure to comply will result in a $5,000 penalty.
FURTHER, Breeder reserves the right to remove and take possession of said Doberman from the Buyer’s premises if the Doberman is not kept inside as a family member or due to demonstrated neglect or abuse by the Buyer when verified by an officer of Animal Control or the Humane Society for the County of residence.
FURTHER, The Buyer agrees to maintain preventative health care of the Doberman including, but not limited to: recommended inoculations, treatment for internal & external parasites, and monthly heart worm preventative. Buyer is advised that if they use topical parasite treatments such as Frontline and Advantage as a MONTHLY treatment protocol, it may be hazardous to your Doberman’s health and will invalidate your health guarantee. You may use it as a single treatment should your Doberman get fleas, but I strongly advise AGAINST using it as a monthly maintenance treatment
FURTHER, The Buyer agrees to feed a premium dog food. Breeder recommends a holistic or all natural dog food to encourage optimum health and longevity. Be careful to check dog treat ingredients as well for corn and harmful ingredients and cancer causing dyes. Choosing to feed a low quality food, bought at the super market will void this Dobermans health guarantee.
FURTHER, Breeder is selling this Doberman specifically for home pet/companion purposes; Doberman also will be naturally protective of his family and home as this is the dogs genetic nature. This Doberman has the intelligence and aptitude to compete and win in Obedience and other performance trials. Breeder represents that the Doberman has been bred to the breed standard physically and the Doberman is being sold with a sound, stable temperament. This temperament assertion is based on daily observation of the puppy from birth, aptitude tests, and Breeders intimate knowledge of Doberman’s ancestry.
FURTHER, Buyer by signing the contract acknowledges that behavior & temperament is based on a combination of genetics & experiences the Doberman gains not only with the Breeder but with its new family & in its new environment. Improper socialization & lack of consistent Obedience training will adversely affect the good genetic temperament the Doberman was born with. To ensure that the Doberman receives the proper socialization and training to strangers, places and other dogs, all buyers must agree to enroll in and graduate from a minimum of 2 consecutive obedience courses by the time the Doberman is 1 year of age and to obtain an
FURTHER, The Breeder would like to encourage Buyers to earn performance titles and will pay a $100 rebate for a copy of each
FURTHER, Buyer understands that most of the puppies in this litter of Dobermans are being sold with limited American Kennel Club (
FURTHER, this is a non-transferable contract. Buyer agrees to Breeder demand that Buyer MUST notify the Breeder immediately should the Buyer, for any reason, not be able to keep said Doberman at any point in the Doberman’s life. In all instances, the Doberman will be returned to Breeder to be retained, placed or resold at the Breeder’s discretion. Buyer will return all Medical Records, the original signed AKC registration papers having been signed back to the seller as the sole owner with the Doberman. Buyer is responsible for any and all costs in returning said dog. Any or all liabilities, expenses or liens that have occurred on the Doberman prior to its return to the seller will NOT be the Breeders responsibility. At the breeders discretion, Breeder may elect to resell the Doberman. Depending on the age and condition of the Doberman, a pro-rated portion of a re-sale price (after re-homing, training & any medical expenses are deducted) may be refunded to the buyer, solely at the Breeders Discretion. Penalty for non-compliance is $5,000.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may the Buyer destroy said Doberman before discussing this decision with the Breeder, except for urgent health reasons (documented by a vet) which would impact the Doberman’s quality of life. If the Buyer violates this term of the contract Buyer will pay a penalty to the Breeder equal to the full purchase price of the Doberman.
Buyer agrees to remain in contact with the Breeder, to call should they have questions or need advice about their Doberman or are unsure of how to handle a particular issue or behavior. Buyer agrees to keep the Breeder apprized of the Dobermans health, longevity, titles/awards earned and to send pictures as often as possible.
